Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn items in the original shoe box and package them into a shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
